Exciting Update: Team Photos Are Almost Ready!

We’re thrilled to share that the team photos are nearly complete! Individual photos will be emailed directly to you via our proofing site starting Monday, September 20th through Friday, September 27 th.

Please keep in mind:

• Photo albums will be released as they are completed, so there's no specific order.

• Don’t forget to check your spam/junk folders before reaching out if you haven’t received your email.

After the Session:

• A link will be provided to preview all the photos online within three weeks of the scheduled session.

• Visit the online gallery link sent to your email. ** Please Check your SPAM folders **

• Select the photos you’d like to order by clicking on them.

• Choose your preferred photo package or individual prints.

• Add them to your cart and proceed to checkout.

Payment Methods:

• We only have online payments set up for this session.

Delivery:

• Digital downloads will be available within 24 hours after purchase. Once payment is completed, the watermark that appears on the images in the proofing gallery will be removed from the downloaded files.

• Print orders will be delivered to your home within 7-10 business days.

Q & A

• Is there an order form?

  No paper form. ALL CHEERLEADERS need to have this filled out before the scheduled date: LINK

• Can I pay with a check, Venmo, or Apple Pay?
  We accept payment only through the proofing site when you place your order. Other payment methods, such as checks, Venmo, or Apple Pay, are not available

• Can I get multiple poses and group shots?

  Yes, there will be 2- 3 poses per cheerleader plus a group shot. Siblings’ and friends’ shots will be decided on the time allowed.

• What if my athlete is not in attendance that day?

  This will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Please get in touch with me directly.

What to Wear:

• Please ensure your cheerleader is in full uniform, including the correct shoes, hair accessories, and any other team-specific items. Hair should be neatly styled, and makeup should be simple and natural. Coaches will provide more specific instructions in your chat to athletes before the sessions.

What to Bring:

• Any additional props and poms

• A big smile and lots of energy!

Photo Day Instructions

Check-In:

• Upon arrival, each cheerleader will check in with the photographer and assistant once they are ready. This will help us organize the team photos efficiently.

During the Session:

• Cheerleaders will be guided through individual and group shots.

• Group shots will be done on the same day and may be composite shots, depending on the style selected by program.

• Parents will need to complete the following form below before the scheduled date.
