  • What to Wear:

  • Please ensure your attire is polished, athletic, and classic. We want photos to reflect that. Coaches will provide more specific instructions in your chat to athletes before the sessions.

What to Bring:

  • Any additional props you will want to incorporate.

  • A big smile and lots of energy!

Photo Day Instructions

Check-In:

  • Upon arrival, each athlete will check in with the photographer and assistant once they are ready. This will help us organize the team photos efficiently.

During the Session:

  • Athletes will be guided through individual and group shots.

  • Group shots will be done on the same day and may be composite shots, depending on the style selected by program.

After the Session:

  • A link will be provided to preview all the photos online within three weeks of the scheduled session.

  • Visit the online gallery link sent to your email. ** Please Check your SPAM folders **

  • Select the photos you’d like to order by clicking on them.

  • Choose your preferred photo package or individual prints.

  • Add them to your cart and proceed to checkout.

Payment Methods:

  • We only have online payments set up for this session.

Delivery:

  • Digital downloads will be available within 24 hours after purchase. Once payment is completed, the watermark that appears on the images in the proofing gallery will be removed from the downloaded files.

  • Print orders will be delivered to your home within 7-10 business days.

  • Is there an order form?

    No paper form. ALL ATHLETES need to have this filled out before the scheduled date: LINK

  • Can I pay with a check, Venmo, or Apple Pay?
    We accept payment only through the proofing site when you place your order. Other payment methods, such as checks, Venmo, or Apple Pay, are not available

  • Can I get multiple poses and group shots?

    Yes, there will be 2- 3 poses per athlete plus a group shot. Siblings’ and friends’ shots will be decided on the time allowed.

  • What if my athlete is not in attendance that day?

    This will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Please get in touch with me directly.
